The Radiate Health app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Radiate Health and Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Radiate Health patient, get access to the specific content of your care plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Radiate Health and Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, activity and other parameters directly with the Radiate Health app.

The app is designed specifically for Radiate Health and Wellness patients. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Radiate Health and Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly, along with the app.
